Scientific Guidelines
Submission Guidelines for Abstracts and Final Presentations (Delegates and Postgraduate Students)
- The Scientific Committee cordially invites delegates and students to submit their papers and posters for review and consideration for inclusion in the 41st IACDE National Conference 2026. Presentations of accepted submissions will be held on 26th November 2026.
- The presenter should be an IACDE member and must have registered for the conference.
- Scientific presentations should be original and should not be published or previously presented in any forum.
- Abstract should be structured and should have a maximum of 250 words.
- The medium of communication should be English.
- Postgraduate Trainee must submit the bonafide certificate
- The presentation should be from any one of the following fields: Dental materials, Restorative dentistry, Aesthetic dentistry, and Endodontics.
- Scientific Paper can be an original research or case study/series. Reviews will not be accepted.
- E poster can be original research, reviews and case reports. Weightage will be given to original research & case reports.
- Participants are limited to either one paper or one poster presentation.
- The maximum number of students sharing a paper should be only one and an e-poster should be only two.
- Faculty delegate can present only scientific paper.
- Last date for submission of abstract is 31st July 2026.
- Abstract & Final presentation should be uploaded to the conference portal
- Scientific committee holds the rights of accepting or rejecting the abstracts.
- Time limit for paper – 8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
- Time limit for e-poster – 3 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
- Final paper/e-poster presentation should be in Power point format. The file size should be less than 50 MB for paper & 20 MB for poster.
- E-poster should have only one PPT slide in Landscape orientation and kindly use HD images (minimum 300 dpi resolution) with appropriate background for the same.
- Final presentation (paper/e-poster) should be submitted through online by October 15th 2026. (Download the template when you make the final presentation).
- Only conference registration number should be mentioned in the presentation. The name of the presenter, guide, or institution must not appear on any of the presentation slides.
- Presentation should reach as per the mentioned timelines strictly.
- Once submitted further modifications will not be permitted.
- The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
- Certificate of participation will be provided for all the presenters who have registered for the conference.
